He had 50 yards at the half.
The Broncos had 2 first downs the whole half before the final drive. The offence couldn’t stay on the field and prolong drives. They hung the defence out to dry.
We held Cousins to 54 yards passing at the half and Dalvin cook had 9 yards. - Pegullaville

The Broncos are collapsing. Makes me feel a little better about next week - sbroads24
Bills are 0-3 against teams with an actual chance at a sniff of the playoffs this year. I’m not worried either.
But when the Broncos win on Sunday and put the Bills chances of a playoff appearance in jeopardy who do they blame next ? Pegula, McDermott, Beane, Daboll ?

I get it.
Then the top came off.
All these defenses have their good days and bad days. |

Miami has a good HC over there.
Has his team motivated and competing to the end...yet the front office is clearly tanking.
He must gave read Teddy Nolan's book. - IonSabres

And if the Broncos lose?
If the Bill's lose, blame is placed dependent on how they lost.
If Allen poops the bed..,Allen.
If Dabol is running Gore into the line 15 times, Dabol.
If Broncos run all over Bill's D, Beane & McDermot for not shoring It up at the TDL
IF Hacksaw blows makeable FGs, HouseMoney

Cook had 26 yards rushing against the Broncos today.
So if the Broncos lose it will be due to Allen having a big day. If that happens then he will finally be making believers out of anyone not guzzling the koolaid. |

Ok, switch schedules and the records flip.
Broncos have lost 3 games on last second field goals and choked away a 20-0 win today.
They are not a typical 3-7 team, just like the Bills aren’t a typical 7-3 team due to the fact they have played the easiest schedule in NFL history.
There is not much separating these two teams and that will show on Sunday in a very close game. |

We lost to an 8-3 NFC powerhouse on the road and even after the biggest choke job in league history had a 3rd and goal from the 5 to win the game with a QB in his 2nd career NFL start with 2 seconds left.
If we complete the pass we are having a completely different discussion right now.
The Broncos have lost 4 games on the last play of the game this year. With a little better luck we are 5-5 considering the Bears game they were allowed to kick the game winner after tome expired somehow. |

Trade: Montour and 2nd round pick to DET for Athanasiou
Trade: Miller and Olofsson to LAK for Toffoli
Trade: Bogosian and Sheary to DAL for Hanzal
Reinhart Eichel Toffoli
Athanasiou Johansson Skinner
Mittelstadt Hanzal Thompson
Girgensons Asplund/Larsson Lazar/Vesey
McCabe Ristolainen
Scandella Jokiharju
Gilmour/Pilut Dahlin
In the off-season: sign Scandella to extension, we need his size and style of dman.
Target top FA shut down defender available.
Extend Reinhart, Toffoli, Anathanasiou, Hanzal
Decide whether to sign Larsson and Girgensons or replace with other FAs.
Hope Okposo retires and wish him well.
Result:
A bigger, tougher team with a legitimate top six. Better forechecking. Leadership and protection for younger players on the third line. Salary in would be matched with salary out with extra to spare to try to add a top pairing shutdown defender for Risto next year and hopefully Dahlin soon thereafter. |

Today was awesome. Glad the offense has that in them even if they are playing against a terrible team. No complaints for once. |

A bold move without roster change would be to swap skunk and Mitts.
If trades are on the table, I’m interested in seeing returns for:
Skunk
Risto
Scandella
Vesey
Sheary
Ullmark
Hutton

Compared to the Falcons in the Super Bowl vs the Patriots and the Oilers vs the Bills, the bolded above feels like a bit of hyperbole. |

You’ll never get fair value for Reinhart. Plus Eichel likes playing with him and they are the one pair we have that have any type of chemistry.
We are a soft team and when play gets physical we are outmatched. The last thing I would do is trade away the few players we have with size and grit. No way I trade Risto or Scandella. I would really hope to extend Scandella if we can for a reasonable price tag.
Vesey has no value whatsoever.
I agree with Sheary as he is a UFA and a small finesse player. I would entertain any trade for him.
Any trade for a goalie would have to have a goalie coming back, UPL isn’t ready yet and we have no one else capable. |
