Compared to the Falcons in the Super Bowl vs the Patriots and the Oilers vs the Bills, the bolded above feels like a bit of hyperbole. - kingcong39
Teams trailing 20-0 at the half are 1-99. The Vikings are that team that won. It was a pretty big choke today. |

What I think is ridiculous is how you will defend Eichel for putting up 4 against the worst team in the league but when Allen puts up 250+ and 4* TD's with no TO's against the worst team in the league it's somehow not impressive. |

Oilers up 28-3 at the half, of a playoff game, then score to start the 3rd quarter to go up 35-3. Bills win 41-38 in OT, on the strength of their backup QB.
Still sticking with the biggest choke job in league history by your team today? |

“Another point to Eichel's four-goal game last night: Ottawa's Jean-Gabriel Pageau entered w/11 goals and NHL-best plus-19 rating. Last night? One SOG and minus-4. #Sabres #Sens”
To add on to that point, 4 players have recorded 4 goal games this year in 620 games roughly played league wide in the NHL.
How many QB’s have thrown for 250 yards this year ? Every game that has been played this year has probably had a QB throw for 250 yards. On top of that the Dolphins have the 31st ranked defence in the league
5 touchdown’s is impressive though no matter how you slice it.

100% of QBs playing from behind. The Bills have been winning, so they dont need to throw as much. It's like looking at hits in hockey and saying "he's playing so well." The flip side is, you're hitting because you dont have the puck |

One of Eichel's goals was an empty-netter.
Either way, the NFL is a different beast.
The term "Any given Sunday" exists for a reason. Division games are always a toss-up. FFS, the Falcons beat the Saints pretty badly last week and demolished the Panthers today. |

You must not have watched much Broncos football the last 6 years, missed out on a lot of fantastic performances from a Pro Bowl WR. The 49ers paid a steep price to get him for 8 games so they must have saw something they liked. I think you would have enjoyed watching Sanders perform. The Broncos won playoff games and appeared in a few Super Bowls also, would of been a nice change of pace for you.
In terms of Brown, it doesn’t look like the Ravens miss him down in Baltimore right now. Is it a coincidence that they went and drafted Hollywood Brown in the 2nd round and let him walk for nothing ?
John Brown is the only option in an offence that passes 80% of the time. Did you not just go on a huge rant earlier today how players production largely is dependent on circumstance that we both agreed on ?
You’d love Sanders in Buffalo right now, just like how I said you should of traded a 2nd round pick for Chris Harris but hey “we don’t need an upgrade on Levi Wallace he’s been great this year”.

*Over the past 5 years* I saw the stat too
You don’t remember the Giants blowing a 21 point lead to the Eagles in about 7 minutes in the 4th quarter than giving up the game winning punt return to DeSean Jackson with 0 time remaining |
|
|
|
Botterill is on wgr saying how he thinks the forwards we have are enough to produce what we need and the first 10 games are evidence of that. |

I know he has to put a public face on and support the team, but I really hope he doesn’t believe that. |

Regardless of the fact, anytime you blow a 20 point lead it’s ugly. |

Oh please teams try to score every time they have the ball. Do you think Daboll goes out there saying hey guys we have a lead let’s just ran a few plays and punt ? |

Coincidentally, today was Daboll's first game up in the presser calling plays and the results speak loudly. Stay up there, for the love of god for the rest of the season, stay up in the presser. |

Sure they do, but they also try to score points and extend drives too. They don’t just abandon the passing game completely. |

12/7/1980: Saints were up 35-7 over the 49ers at the half. 49ers scored 31 in the 2nd half to win. |
