I know it is bold but Canucks next week would be paying Eriksson to sit in the press box again.

Domingue has been playing very well for Devils jr. and Blackwood has been good for the big club. No need to pay Schneider that much to be a number 3. Devils save this years salary by moving Schneider for Loui's 1 mil .

My guess on the Corey Schneider waiving today is because he will be traded to Utica. Benning does not want to lose a goalie on waivers two years in a row. Once CS clears you will see a trade of CS for Loudini and Mikey DiPietro . Schneider will stay with the Comets and Loui will report to NJ.

I think the Habs will look to the Devils and also send Caulfield ( Hughes old line mate) and a second and a fourth for Taylor Hall.

That is my prediction.
