It’s possible that maybe Botts had foreseen the injuries to Sobotka and Okposo in which he MIGHT use Pegula oil tactics to force retirements opening up cap room to hopefully trade for a possible top 6.

Obviously Botts has made some good moves,
and needs to make more
But it’s better that he wait till a GOOD move is AVAILABLE,

These were the same sentiments used about 9 months ago.

I can accept inconsistencies from Mitts, from Dahlin, Joker, Olofsson.
They're young and adjusting. I have defended Mitts, Dahlin and VO.

It's the same old BS from the bulk of the players who are neither young nor new to the roster.
It has been the same under dancing Dumbo, Phyllis, and now Freddie.

When is enough just that enough.

But we are told the forward group is good enough. Kind of like last year's 10 game win streak, was that proof that they were good, or was the other 72 games evidence?
This season is looking very much the same as last.

GMJB sure made it sound like he’s fine with this team as-is. So I’m not expecting much in the way of moves happening. He’s patient, cautious, and sees no need to change anything, even with a defensive surplus.

In the off-season, he’ll have to do some stuff, though.

McCabe has been disappointing.
