I watched Saturday's game on RDS, trying not to get too excited about Primeau, but the kid looks calm and solid out there.

Crazy how his numbers are so much better than Lindgren on the same team

Thank god he won't need protection from Seattle in the expansion draft.

Otto Leskinen might get a call this season. He's a good puck mover. Nice find by their Euro pro scouts
- stinger67

Yeah he's a slightly taller Mete. I think Mete is more efficient in his zone with his stick

You don't hear many people talking how "we need to replace Mete" next to Weber anymore.

He's playing very well.

Only sometimes. They change it up depending on who they are facing.

So we don't hear people say we need to replace Mete next to Weber anymore except that they do replace him sometimes?

I was on the not counting on Mete to be a top pairing guy until he proved to be a top pairing guy side...but I've been pleasantly surprised and happily wrong.

Now if those who said Weber was garbage after 3 games when I said wait until around game 20 (ps we are there and his numbers are on pace for career bests across the board) want to eat their crow...

Mete is playing better, but I like how Julien is sheltering from big lines like the Bruin's or Washington top lines.

I think he's playing a bit better since he scored his 1st goal. he jumps in the play more than he used to.
that being said, he is still a poor' man top pairing guy, proof is they need to play Chiarot with Weber againts better lines.
