- talk to Okposo and his wife about the future, convince him to go LTIR for the remainder of the season, then revisit it in the offseason. It is the right thing to do for him
- have a good long talk with the team, no more passengers. Skate, Skate Skate, perpetual motion, if you are gliding you will be sitting. It stops now.
