I’m starting to think Mitts is a bust. I was his biggest fan even after last year, blaming the heavy load at a young age but I don’t see him turning into anything really at this point.

I get it. I would not trade skunk.
VO I would trade as I think he will eventually find himself on L3.

I would:
- put Skinner back on L1
- move VO and Mitts to L2 when Mojo returns
- make L3 of Sheary-Asplund-Lazar
- talk to Okposo and his wife about the future, convince him to go LTIR for the remainder of the season, then revisit it in the offseason. It is the right thing to do for him
- have a good long talk with the team, no more passengers. Skate, Skate Skate, perpetual motion, if you are gliding you will be sitting. It stops now.

Kid shows flashes. He just needs to be on the wing. And we need a vet 2c. Let mitts play on the wing, 1st or 2nd line for the rest of the year. 3c next year and cozns on the wing next year.

For all off botts time in Pittsburgh how doesn’t he know that success is built down the middle....

Sid and Malkin have anchored that team forever. And they have been able to roll the 3c until they get too expensive.

Botts tried it by forcing mitts after ror twisted his nads to get out. It didn’t work last year, not sure why he thought it’d work this year and or forcing a successful wing to play center.
