If I'm being objective, then I use the weak cross-check that Holl applied in front of the net as a measuring stick. If that is considered a penalty, then yeah, the high stick on Tavares is. So is the interference on Mikheyev in front. So is the trip on Rielly at the side wall. I also thought there was an elbow into Petan's face, but I didn't see the play too well, so I wouldn't be arguing very strenuously about that one.
