Seriously though, if the pick is top-10 protected, does that mean if the Leafs get say the 10th pick, they can’t trade down one spot to 11th? Well whatever, Leafs are getting the 1st pick overall and every other fan base will implode.

Kapanen hasn't been the issue, either has Johnsson.. At least when they are not getting points they are still doing other things well..
The issue with Kap and Johnsson is that players like Bracco, Marchment(if ever healthy again) Korshkov and/or maybe even Aberg should be able to replace them at a lower cost..
