He definitely played one of his better games tonight. He looked more confident with the puck and wasn’t panicking. - Sabretooth9
He’ll be fine, it’s just growing pains. |

So, I'm guessing from your posts on this topic that you are not aware that it's extremely common for hockey players to play soccer (or other sports/games) to warm up before games and practices and such.
I mean, we're talking near ubiquity here. - JetpackJesus

Larsson is a Fa Is he not, Asplund can take his place - Buff36
Yep, girgs too. I don’t need either back,
Certainly not more than one. Lazar and Asplund are upgrades. Just as good defensively, better offensively |

Where’s Gerbs been? I think the team’s been missing his positivity and good vibes. |

Speaking if useless.
What's erods deal?
Finally got paid, doesn't care anymore? - Boss34
This is such a lazy take, even if you simply dont like him
The last few games he has been fast, applying pressure and creating chances for himself and his linemates. Just hasnt paid off.
The big save was on him

I’m sure he had no clue. It’s not like they show players playing by the Zamboni before every broadcast on NBCSN. |

Yeah right. Give it a few hours. He’ll be on here scolding me about how immature I am and how serious a condition bag huffing is. - Hatboro_Swords
Touché
It’s a serious issue when the virus arrives. I know it’s just Lockport but that town lost a dueche to the virus.
Even though your reasoning was piss poor you were right that Botts is too distracted with nacho cheese to assemble a team
If I was making millions on a guaranteed contract I honestly would try to bang a girl from every country...what could possibly be more respectful and responsible than that?

I just remember last year when I had the unpopular option that Erod was just an above average 4th line player.
During the phase when things like “throw 6 years and 2M at him so we can lock in a bottom 6 player for cheap term” was going around and just before the “Botts is a putz for taking him to arbitration” - Pegullaville
Yep
You were right, I agreed with you.
I also agreed with you a on sam. The 1st 4 years for sure.
Then last year and this year, you've mentioned sam being our 2nd best forward
I strongly disagree. He can go. |

No skill. Between him and Sheary it’s like they are having a competition about who can frank up the most scoring chances in prime scoring areas (not including the beauty Rask made tonight) |

Right? Erod has 2 points this year. Making 2 million.
And my post was lazy?
Creating chances on skinners line - that's wonderful.
Goals assists +/- points ( applying pressure)
All credible stats |

I would definitely entertain moving him for a Center forsure. The core needs a shakeup. |

Yea, ive been disappointed by him this year. He cant find the back of the net, maybe it changes if he continues playing this way

Dude seemed generally astounded and shocked that they play soccer and didn't work on "tape to tape" passes.
He fits in around here for sure |

No one besides the top line and skinner have been scoring so whats your point?
When he is playing well (fast and applying pressure) he creates no matter where he is. Yes i realize it does not change the fact that he cant score |

Broncos fan at birth due to my Uncle. Lived through Cutler, Orton, Tebow before the Manning glory days. Living through the worst 3 year stretch of Broncos history since 1970-1973 and I’ll be at the game on Sunday supporting them.
Leafs fan at birth but hopped on the Sabres bandwagon back in 2006. I live in the heart of leafs nation and still wear the Sabres logo with pride and remain as committed today as I was when hearing RJ’s “scary good” calls when I was a little kid.
Think what you will though. Nice to see you taking a break from having drinks with Murray.

I feel bad for people who watch these games in real time. For a few years now, I've DVR'd Sabres and Bills games. I cannot watch these horrible sports teams in real time - I just can't waste my time and I can't fathom how most of you sit there in front of a TV watching this crap played live. The only thing I can think of that makes any sort of sense is that you enjoy chatting in here while watching it live. What I do is DVR the games, and then later in the night I fast-forward the entire game until I see a goal (or TD/sack/INT/fumble recovery). Instead of 3, 4 hours of wasted time, the games are over in 10 minutes. Most of the time we lose, so I'm not all pissy or annoyed like most of you are - I no longer feel the bad vibe after a wasted night of watching bad hockey, I no longer get angry like all of you do. I feel nothing after watching a fast-forwarded loss. The only way I'm ever watching a game live again is if we ever make the playoffs (not bloody likely). You all should do the same to keep your sanity.
I also feel sorry for season ticket holders and those of you who bought some sort of satellite TV package to watch this piece of crap team. What the hell were you thinking ? |

Wouldn't it be easier to just watch the goals and/or highlights on NHL.com or something?
