Okposo isn't on LTIR, he's on IR. He doesn't count towards the 23 man roster limit, so it really has no impact on Gilmour. He could get claimed, but probably won't. I won't lose any sleep over it. They really never intended to play him.

It is retroactive, but it's really just a cap move. All we're doing with the Sobotka relief is paying for the injury replacements: Asplund, Lazar, and Thompson (who could go on LTIR if needed as well).
