I liked bardreau in the lineup and wahlstrom even though he needs more time in the ahl, they had fire and wanted to stay and played that way

I really thought that Bardreau might stick. He's a firecracker and his energy seemed like it lifted the pace of play. Obviously not the most talented guy, but he doesn't need to be if he's playing fourth line minutes.

Of course when he went back to Bridgeport he got hurt in his first game back

If there's only one fight, and Johnston isn't in it, then he's not doing his job. It's not like he's particularly good at anything else. On the other hand, he does still have more goals this season than Eberle.

He was a less skilled cizikas but he really helped set the tone and worked his ass off

It's all about the 2nd round for me. I feel good about the Isles getting past the 1st round. It's been the 2nd round that has been the problem for years and the offense seems to dry up in the 2nd round.

Eberle hasn't found his game yet this season. I think he's too busy counting his money from the contract he signed in the off season.

I have very little concern with players like Barzal, Beau, and Lee. I have serious concerns with players like Eberle and Bailey especially in a big spot.
