A bad decision by Ullmark to try and catch the Flames backfired in a big way. He should've known his guys were tired and just held onto it. Instead, only Jack was able to get off, and he effectively gave the Flames possession in the zone, then compounded by Risto's bad decision to chase instead of staying put.
