You fear the Bills losing to the Steelers 4th string QB next week? Really?
- kingcong39

Do I fear it? No not really

Can I see it happening? Yeah I could

Been down this road before

The teams they would have to be worried about would be the Steelers and the Browns. Both would have the head to head on them in Stripes' scenario, assuming the Browns win out.
- buffalofan19

I still say the Bills get that one. Steelers play the Ravens too, although Jackson could sit for that one. Maybe the jets can beat them after we do. Browns still play the Ravens as well. Do you really trust a Freddie kitchens team to go 4-0? No way. Titans play the Texans twice, the saints and someone else.

I think he fears something stupid happening leading to a loss to the 4th string QB. Also, it wouldn't be the first time the Bills lost an important game to the Steelers' non starters in a playoff race.

Dammit, Stripes, now you've got me doing it.

This team feels different to me

We don't have a team with a retread QB

We have a young team that is playing good football

This is a team that is just beginning their upswing while that team in 2004 was a team that was full of retreads if I remember correctly

Raiders.

I'm focused on Baltimore. One game at a time

No, to all of this. I am just saying in the nightmare scenario he laid out, it would be an issue. Titans are almost irrelevant because Buffalo has the head-to-head tiebreaker on them anyway. There is no way the Browns, Titans, or Steelers end up better than 9-7. Or the Raiders for that matter.

I unfortunately think the Bills get stomped in this one. Everyone loses their poop for a week and then we clinch in Pitt

Trust me there is almost no way for the Bills to not make the playoffs, but being from Buffalo if there is a way, a Buffalo team usually finds it!

But other than the occasional blunder with time management the coaching staff has done a great job

I really just want to get back to looking forward to flipping between the Sabres game and the MNF game hoping that Dalvin Cook and Rashad Penny can get me a combined 23.27 points.

Of all the teams with a shot at the Wild Card, the Raiders probably have the easiest schedule: Titans, Jaguars, Chargers, Broncos.

If the bills beat Baltimore, they could have the top seed in the AFC

Based on the rest of the Titans schedule, I think we want the titans to win that one. They'll lose to the Texans at least once and the saints

Also the jags put Minshew back in yesterday and it gave them a spark

I have Diggs and I need about 15 points to beat who I'm playing.

In other words,

Shut your dirty mouth about Cook.

If NE loses to KC. Unfortunately even if we won out and finished 13-3 with the NE they would still win the AFC East because of common opponents, losses to Cleveland and Philly hurt us cause they beat them.

Pretty much the only way to win the East (and be the 1 seed) would be to win out and New England loses to the Chief (or any other team)

The only way the Bills win the East and finish tied with New England in record is if the Pats lose to the Dolphins (and lose to the Bills of course)

They have a 5% chance of making the playoffs, so yeah, their season is over. They need to win out and get a TON of help.

If ne loses to kc and the Bill's win out, ne would be 12-4. Bill's would win the AFC east at 13-3 on their record alone.
