To be fair, that must be a TERRIBLE job. Imagine having to compile all those schedules, with all the stadium requirements/programs, and not make it too terrible for each team, but each team hating parts of their schedule? Do not want that task.

Well, I'll be. I read recently the league discussed in detail at the GM meeting how the schedule is made, what goes into it, the entire process, etc etc, and it calmed down a lot of the complaints as they saw how much more complex the organizing was.
