Only gopher I've seen in FL is the tortoise variety, but it turns out they're actually pretty useful to have around. But not on the course. I was actually there before the complete renovation (so the clubhouse looked like it did in the movie. Now, it seems spackler's varmint nemesis now only infests the merchandise in the new pro shop:
