FWIW Iโm not referring to you.
Iโm referring to the people who actually think heโs not very good - sbroads24
That's cool boards, hopefully the whole team shows up tonight. Keep in the hunt |

Evander Kane shot the puck high and wide a lot. He killed penalties and had a big body though too but what that didn't make him very popular not that I'm saying it should have. I'm just wondering why these supposed analytics for Skinner give him one. - GilPerreault11

A lot of truth
Are our top three forwards good enough? No one has answered that. Compared to other top teams besides Jack the other two aren't good enough is my point. Maybe keep one but not both. Since we are stuck with Skinner well....

Think Reinhart, Pilut and a lottery protected first would leave Sam in CAL and bring Johnny Hockey home with us? |

If he was so elite there would be a market for him but there isn't. As soon as he signed that contract he was untradeable so some Sabres fans might like the per 60 mins stat which are nice for an untradeable player.
Anyway, I thought he needed to play with Jack, it's the coach's fault he isn't producing and people coudn't believe they had a 9 mil dollar winger on the 3rd line stifling him. Obviously there is something about the eye test that we have all seen I just wasn't making excuses. - GilPerreault11
Are you saying Skinner is on the 3rd line because he isn't playing well and isn't a good player? |

Yes because all the wc contending teams have amazing top lines in comparrison
Im sure youd prefer the tatar Dainault Gallagher line over ours

I can't wait for Reinhart to go off tonight.
Gil has a penchant for being really wrong, a lot.
I'm calling 2 goals for 23 - sbroads24
he is due
many times he just missed out on an assist due to extra pass instead of a shot over the last few games
to say he has been invisible is just looking at box scores, not watching the game
same for skinner |

No, repeating excuses given to the Golden Boy by others if you read that carefully. |

Larsson doesn't produce without Skinner
Skinner produces with *insert center*
Skinner makes *insert center* better
Skinner is bad |

To be fair, you've written so much nonsense that it's difficult to pin down what you actually believe that isn't factually incorrect. |

Wonder if Skinner keeps working his magic if Larsson could be an attractive piece in a trade down the line
Larsson + D prospect + pick for top 9 center |

So far, of the 2 incessant complainers:
One wanted to go with the George Carlin approach instead of signing Skinner, which is: I've never (frank)ed a 10, but one night, I (frank)ed five 2's, and that should count.
While the other has never said what approach he would've taken instead of signing Skinner. |

Pretty amazing where we've come in a year, as Scandella is an attractive asset for a contending team with how he has played. |

I think he's been better, but playing with Joker has helped him a lot. |

Skinner looks like a 9 million dollar player for the first time in 3 weeks against a goalie who looked like he belonged in the ECHL for one period. You are correct I missed that period
You are wrong a lot (special teams don't matter, face-offs don't matter, secondary assists, Colin Miller we could go on) so since you have a propensity for being wrong maybe you can speak about how you deal with it?
I'm going to own up and nnot deny that I was wrong that Skinner looked good for a period the other night. Oh, I feel liberated. |

No need to be telling people that ๐๐
The only negative is he is another LW which isn't necessarily a team need, not that I'm against it. |

Vesey and Sheary have been bigger factors over the last few games. Good for them. Again just set up a play and up that 11 assist number or something. |

I mean, Scandella is just a late bloomer. He's top pairing material all day, Mr Calgary.
