At this point Scandella is providing veteran leadership and is the safety valve for Joki so he can do what he does. And it’s not asset management. As of right now, Scandella has as many goals. So how exactly is adding a guy whos getting scratched and not producing while having a 4+M hit asset management? I think you may need an education of what asset management is. 3 teams have given up on him in 12 months. It’s that you call the guys we have underachievers and you want to go get an ACTUAL BUST because... why?
