Watson is a good comparable. Watson also brings toughness. I am still not sure what Jake brings.

His development has been slow. I can see a slight improvement this year but I am still not sure what he does best.

The reason I would keep him is because he is cheap. If he was not cheap he would be moved.

You do know that oil companies spend billions on denial when in fact exxon admitted it harms the environment back in the 80s, shell did to.
