if they got one you'd probably want him traded for being a douche off the ice. Most douches on the ice are douches off of it too lol
you want an on-ice douche who'll play Mario Kart with Bo after the game. You're looking for a needle in a haystack - Nucker101
What is your answer to make Bo captain Like Iginla and not like a Sedin?
Maybe a video game buddy is exactly what he needs lol |

Canucks are missing some grit with Beagle, Ferland, Schaller out of the lineup... Edler helps stabilize the back end.
Team has more intensity with those three. Edler shouldn't be on PP unit 1. |

Absolutely. They are friends. All of the US Kids are very tight. I have no doubt he would have returned the puck to his buddy had he not been interrupted. Just kids being kids. Brady is a good kid and surprisingly humble unlike his sh!tty brother - CanuckDon
Kid? These guys are adults... Lol |

Apologies for being a little late with the blog today - although all the drama broke late, with the lineup notes after practice, sigh. All a little too familiar...
I'm in the middle of putting together a couple of pretty cool stories, and wrote about Peter DeBoer's firing and what's going on in San Jose.
That's linked in the blog, which is up now and also offers a look at where the visitors are at so far this season...

Messier retired ages ago.
Kane I see. Kesler as well. What has Marchand done to show this? Avery? Downie?
If your definition "away from the ice" is trash talking players then thats pretty meagre and still an extension of their act on the ice.

See, this is why I asked for your definition of a dbag. Do you mean towards teammates or just general personality?
I've read plenty of stories of Marchand being a total docuhe in bars. Sean Avery mocks the homeless on social media. Downie has some (frank)ed up rookie hazing stories. Feel free to search any of these up and you'll find the stories.
But then there's stories about guys like Sam Bennett that I've heard that are less documented. You also have the Oilers incident where Drai banged Nurse’s sister and Nurse knocked him out when he found out.
Personally, I'm fine with having bags on the team as long as they aren't dbags towards their teammates/coaches. |

I'm fine with Dbags as well. It's the ones who dive to the detriment of the team too much and are always looking at the ref before they even hit the ice.
Kesler is a great example. With a few minutes left dove at the end of a season while we were a point or two out and he rolled and rolled holding his face until the play went to our end of the ice and it turned into a 5 on 4 goal to give the other team the lead(or a tie). He was still down. Replay showed the stick was 8 inches from his face. He then sat on the bench running his mouth at the ref for the remaining minutes of the game and on his next shift he was blatantly tripped and no call. Canucks missed the playoffs a couple of games later by 1 or 2 points.
Then there was that time he wouldnt stop running his mouth to the media about Ladd being a coward so next game Ladd punched Kesler's face in who went on to keep running his mouth to the media. Just shut up you selfish female dog.
Those kind of selfish douche bags have no place in my heart/team and I can actually handle a level of diving to some degree.
