Keeping Jack happy not only isn't above the team, it's not something that Jack would overstep his bounds over. He's an employee, and they kept him happy with his paycheck. I forgot how many they had, so I too had to number them.
I then ranked them in order of who I would prefer to keep here according to side.

McCabe and Gilmore are close, each brings something different. I'd probably elect to keep McCabe since without him, the backend looks very, very soft.
Miller and Risto bring alot of the same game to me, with Miller better in the transition and can clear the front of the net effectively ... Risto is playing great lately, and is much more effective when his plays a physical game under control. It's a toss-up to me.

So, the only guys I would not deal away are
1, 2, 6, 7 and 10.
The rest should be packaged with the likes of Vesey, Sheary, Girgs, Thompson and picks to go get 2C and 2RW.

Maybe it’s me being optimistic, maybe Botterill is asleep.
