I know it won’t be announced in game if the trade is to Colorado, but I wonder if there’s any etiquette of not announcing if it’s to another team.

I’m told Taylor Hall has not been dealt at this point, however, there is some traction in trade talks the Devils are having with teams and so the risk is not worth playing him play at the moment. Stay tuned.

He was a worthy Hart nominee the year Hall won and for sure will be a finalist this year, although McDavid will probably win.

All things considered, this has been a pretty well played game. Domingue didn't do us any favors, and we took way too many penalties but Blackwood did well in relief.

Also apparently Hall's stuff is packed so there is a good chance that Shero is waiting for the game to end to announce a trade.

I hope this doesn't drag on with Hall being traded and keeping him out of lineup because other teams might think he has some sort of injury the team is trying to hide.
I get that medicals will be exchanged. Hoping for top defensemen or 1st tier prospect, 2nd tier defensive prospect and 1st round pick. Might be too much but team is getting a former hart trophy winner.
