I know I am not a fanboy and I will cheer every victory in October to April . What both sides are failing to see is that this is a pretty even league. You don't take 3 of 4 points from Washington and St. Louis if you can't compete.

Last week we beat Carolina and lose to the Leafs and Calgary beat the Leafs and lose to Carolina.

JV is just standard size in terms of height but he’s a lot heavier than most guys, he’s 228 lbs. Not many guys play at or around 230 pounds and have the ability to skate like he can. He’s a big boned kid.
