It's just so weird that there are still 2 regular season games left. If the Pats were playing a good team in week 17 I might be thinking division possibly, but they don't have a hope in hell even if the Bills do beat the Pats next week, which is far from a given.

If Murphy can be replaced, he absolutely should be. Cutting him as shown saves a ton of money, even though it's likely not needed.

Shaq should absolutely be signed to a team friendly deal for 2-3 years. Very slowly getting better and better, but is not a marquee player.
