Don't know how it would work honestly, i'm not to smart in that area. I don't know what there is to convince, Baertschi is owed this year and next at 3.6 per. I'm failing to see the convince part, but then again, not a huge market for Bogo as of now.

Getting Bogo's salary and attitude off the team to a western team would be a nice win. Unless Baertschi is another LW....

Botterill doesn't need to even rip anyone off. Just trade excess parts and picks for an actually really good player. They can punch their ticket in this division if Botterill commits to the team. Spend good assets for a good player. No more Sheary trades. Get someone good

From what I understand the Pegula's spend quite a bit in scouting, use it, hence the need and the team's need.

Darcy had a lot of flaws but he found some talent in trades when he decided to pull the trigger.
