Dizziness when standing I can get actually, your sinuses do control that. But I don't believe exposure to mild light could trigger symptoms of a sinus infection. Also, inability to focus the eyes, inability to concentrate, and overall fatigue would not (I don't believe) be caused by a sinus issue.I'm not a doctor, but when I've had a sinus infection (I understand there are different degrees), I've never thought I was concussed because I have had a concussion, and it's a unique feeling.
And yes, no concussion has the same symptoms and same healing rate, but I find it odd that a team of medical professionals who see concussions on a semi-regular basis could misdiagnose a sinus issue as one. - jmatchett383
I literally never have a headache caused by anything other than sinuses. I can self diagnose in moments. If I feel ANY form of headache, I'm into pseudopheds in a flash and any type of nasal spray.
Before I knew that my sinus drainage wasn't supposed to be green (Yeah, poverty and bad health parenting sucks.) winter was great for spitting. Great consistency for range and it was gross upon the impactee.
A raging infection gave me all the symptoms of a concussion. Photophobia was part of the constellation of expressed ailments. It was actually disabling. I do not get a fever.
If the kid not disclose every symptom, I could see how it would be misdiagnosed. You don't do X-rays out of the gate and it would be declarative if done. if you didn't peer up someone's nose with no reason to do so, you could miss it. |

Why would being old stop you from spending on this? |

There was only one time I noticed him in the entire game aside from the fight, and he was skating back from the OZ and I thought, "Hey, he doesn't look like a terrible skater." That's about as good as I could rate it, "not terrible." Other than that and the fight, didn't even notice him again, which also means he didn't make any egregious mistakes. - jmatchett383
He was also first and very excited to congratulate Hart on the win. |

Tickets sold is what matters. Nobody buys tickets without the intention of going. Sometime life happens and things prevent you from going but if tickets are being bought, fans want to be at the games, that is what matters. - xShoot4WarAmpsx

Some may not agree with me, but I think the Hakstol days did damage to the fan base. Even in 06/07, the fans were still coming out. Same in 12/13, even after the half-season lockout. But over the past few years, the brand of hockey was very bland, even when they were winning. If you're losing but playing an exciting, inspired brand of hockey, the fans will come out. If you're playing mediocre and playing a very bland, "responsible" brand of hockey, the fans won't want to spend their time/money on it. Under Hakstol, whether he was the man making the calls or a man who had his hands tied, the team played fairly well overall, but it was not an overly exciting brand of hockey, personified by certain players who were everyday players because of their "responsible" and "consistent" styles. It will take time for the fans to return, but they will. - jmatchett383
Well said. I also would like to add that the whole stadium set up might not be appealing to the hardcore fans. The atmosphere is somewhat different in the last few years |

I can tell you a few friends let their tickets go because of the increase and having other things they needed to prioritize. I considered getting a game plan (assuming I could get a friend to go in) but just decided not to because the secondary market is cheaper. - nastyflyergirl
That would not hinder attendance, since one can get cheaper tickets. |
