They havent switched bodies.

Bo is not known to be a hitter. He gets the C and now he has to be a hitter... no one that plays against Bo on the bords or in front of the net thinks Bo's soft regardless of recent play. People have short memories.

As soon as you touch EP he falls down and looks at the ref. He's the weakest player on his feet on the entire team. He's a very soft player as well.

Vantel wants his captain to not be soft but wants Petey to be the Captain. That was my point. It's a contradiction. A couple of hits more than Bo does not make a tough player.

I obviously have no idea what they're like behind closed doors, but in terms of on-ice, I find EP to be a more inspiring leader.

Leivo injured on a dirty hit with no call. Refs miss the calls on 4 of 5 illegal plays that result in injuries for us. It's never ending.

I'd like to see Bo adopt that into his game, at least during crucial points of the season. We all know Toews is a Horvat fan, I've seen Toews get fired up when he thinks his team needs it.

My favourite player is Ovechkin. Thats an Alpha not a hairless boy who cant stay on his feet and looks for the penalty call on gravity.

Beagle started the same last season as well. Very solid until that first injury and never recovers. When both he and Sutter were healthy last season, Canucks were very strong. Same thing this season. Guy cant recover from missed games it seems.
