You’d think they could hit on at least more than one right? I just feel bad, I love watching Eichel work his magic but he could be so much more dominant with adequate help - FinnGod
At least we have 12 NHL defensemen between the sabres/amerks
Looks like Montour is going to continue to play wing |

😂 True.
He's back at practice, apparently. |

Literally anything, sans Eichel, Dahlin, Cozens.would be available for discussion.
I would strongly prefer to hold onto Olofsson, Sam, Joker.
I would prefer to create a package from among
- RhD: Risto or Montour, Miller, Bogo (unlikely as he is nearly worth zero now)
- LhD: McCabe, Scandella
- Forwards: Vesey, Sheary, Mojo, Larsson, Girgs
- Prospects: Mitts, Thompson, Asplund (would prefer to retain), Borgen.
- Draft picks: 2020; except, 1st needs to be top 5 protected, 2021, 2022
- Retain Salary upto the max of 50%
I have to believe 2 packages out of that can get you 2 quality players. - IonSabres
In your preference group there is a lot of crap there except Risto, and Montour, not sure what the value of the prospects are right now. Teams this devoid of talent should shy away from trading firsts and prospects anyway except in a package for another good young player.
I stand by Reinhart and a another piece (D) for a top forward upgrade. You have to give to get in a true hockey trade. |

It seems like a bit of a lateral move... I’m not opposed to moving almost anyone but that would really depend on the deal because we have zero rw depth... and moving a 1rw when we don’t have a 2rw is a challenge...

Well, if you could find a RW or center who you can lead the play, lean on not quite like jack but who would have shown up in games like last night when Jack is not playing or when he is not at the top of his game would be an upgrade. Someone who you would call more of a leader and not a passenger. |

I had a buddy who played through a bar league game like that. Luckily at harbor center the main rink, you can run back into the locker room pretty easily. (Which is did) |

They were trying to be Miles Davis.
I'm guessing that's what Homie posted, but the photo wont come through on this computer. |

Tony Stewart won a race, I think at the glen, in a pile of his own doodie... had to drag him from the car, get him the the hauler to change his fire suit ... |

...Same goes for Ottawa. They have a hot-shooting centre in Jean-Gabriel Pageau. And I’d bet there would be interest in Mark Borowiecki, not only for his on-ice acumen but also his ability to decrease crime rates in metropolitan areas. The Senators are doing a much better job of preventing a public circus, to the dismay of nosy reporters. I don’t sense any rush there, either.
Go get me some Pageau! What’d it take?!? |

But what’d it take... I’m horrible with value. I’d put the first in play if he resigns.... |
