What, they were great throws, not taking that away from him. But come on Knox had his man beat by 2 yards on both misses, and he wasn't even close on either throw. Allen is a perfect fit for this team, but he still has things to work on.

The Pats May have better stats but their strength of schedule also helped. The Pats did lose to Jackson, Mahomes and Watson which were really the only 3/4 QB’s they played this year if you want to lump Allen in there also.

With the exception of last night ..... Allen has not hit a bomb like that since last year. Daboll each game has drawn up a play that had a deep pass wide open and Allen has missed by 5-10 yards. He is very inaccurate

Josh will never be perfect, and missed some throws yesterday but he also made plays nobody else in e world could do: throw to Allen, run on 4th and 1. He also had the best QB rating vs New England of any qb this year. And by the way, Jackson and Mahomes played NE this year. Three words: who asked you
