I don’t get breaking Beau and Nelson up. I know they are both playing well and Trotz is trying to use them to get others going but it’s their chemistry together that is working. He needs to put them back together imho.

They are ok with two good lines and the 4th but man the third line is a killer right now and has been all year. Mdc isnt cutting it let's see bellows

Can’t do anything there. This team is in a funk. Ups and downs throughout the season and we are in a down for sure. They need to figure it out and play out of it. Better it happens now then down the stretch or worse in the POs.

Yeah, I posted that I don’t like separating those two. I get they are both playing well and trying to use them to get others going but their chemistry together is what makes it work.

I also think that when that CCM line is not together the 3rd and 4th lines are issues and it hurts. When they are together you have 3 lines on this team you can rely on.
When they are down it’s only two and Trotz starts trying to spread out the talent and it just doesn’t work imho.

I love Trotz obviously but to turn this team into a one line team by inserting this hot garbage into our top 6 is something I won’t agree with. To do it when this team has been successful without having to “spread the scoring out” makes it even more mind boggling to me. Now that we’re down by four goals he puts Beauvillier back together with Nelson. Just in time.

Beauvillier and Nelson aren’t the kind of players that are going to make players like Johnston and Kuhnackl play better. In fact there isn’t a player alive that’ll make either of those players play better. They’re terrible.

Oddly enough this team has been playing like crap since these garbage pail players came back from injury and started getting inserted into the top 6. Getting embarrassed by the Blackhawks 😂

Lou needs to trade some picks and go get Pegeau even if you over pay at this point. We need to solidify the team down the middle and he will add talent upfront we need.
