I make both from scratch. Including using proper chicken tikka on the bbq, so you get that smokey flavour in the dish. Naan on the grill, too, for those crispy bits.

I should have said I good Thai peanut sauce... I don't think I ever want Peanuts' sauce anywhere near my food, and I'm pretty sure he can't be around my house, because kids and the terms of his parole.
