What was it, then? It wasn't a blind-side block, that's for sure. - JetpackJesus
Tough call though in OT during a playoff game |

Umm... Going from kicking a FG to win to not doing that does, in fact, matter. Also, the Bills won in regulation because that (opening kickoff) was, in fact, a TD. |

It F ING doesn't matter, we had them 16-0 at the half, we gave them the game so it doesn't matter. |

Let the anger out boys. Only have until the day we die to argue about these teams not winning. |

The Bills had them 23-0 after the 2nd half kickoff and lost 22-19.
The Bills also probably win the game 22-19 in OT if the refs do their job.
So, like, it kinda matters. |

Welp, valuable playoff experience gained right there for everyone involved.
Team is on schedule.
Offseason moves to upgrade the team to a Division Title as the window truly opens.

The blind side block was weak.
There was a missed delay of game.
And Hopkins didnt have that first down.
But no excuses I guess. |

This.
I'm so sick of officials deciding the outcomes of games. However, you can't blow that lead.
Spend that money wisely, Beane. |

Wrong, we had them 16-0 at the half, don't talk about the refs or the other crap. The BILLS lost that game not the refs or anyone else, they lost the game, they game them the game. |

So when a team scores a TD and the refs wrongly take it away, I'm going to call them on it. When the refs call a nonexistent blindside block that prevents the Bills from attempting a game winning FG, I'm going to call them on it. When the the refs give the QB a first after being tackled well short of it, I'm going to call them for it. When the other team converts on 3rd and long (and gets in FG range) by snapping the ball long after the play clock expires, I'm going to call them for it.
This is Patriots-level officiating, and the Bills literally won the game but for the refs doing their jobs incorrectly.
Edit: The Bills literally won in regulation but for the refs. I'm not sure if I made that clear or not. |

Even if they don’t call the penalty it would have been 4th and 5 and that field goal would have been from 50+ which are never gimmies in the NFL.
I think the Bills would have actually went for it tbh . |

(frank) the NFL. 264 yards passing and 92 yards rushing on your first playoff game really sucks. He makes mistakes but he’s MY quarterback. Who’s your NFL sabrebreath?
Btw, by NFL rules that kickoff was a fumble but hell, let’s say common sense rule applies, whatever the (frank) that is and reverse a correct call
Houston was holding all game but ended up with only 4 penalties for 20 yards.
On that 3Rd and 18 play in OT the play clock was at 0 for 2 seconds (almost 3) and the ref chose to ignore the delay of game penalty. Crazy - let’s just ignore the rules if they effect HOU. Once again (frank) the NFL
In saying that we were up 16-0 and couldn’t hold on. Daboll was cute with a couple of play calls but if he has Gore sweep the ball one more time I’m going to Puke. He abandons the run in OT. Singletary 13 carries, Gore 8. Why??.
Okay done with my rank but please please tell me which team is your team in the NFL Sabrebreath. Pegullaville is at least brave enough to say he’s a bronco fan.
Oh, can we see one more sideline shot of JJWatt? (frank) you NFL

They let Allen call a timeout after play clock hit zeros in the first half. Wasn't a first down, but wouldn't it have been second and short, anyway? I don't remember.
The personal foul blind side block call was total horse poop. Imo, That wasn't the sneaky dirty block which that rule is meant to eliminate. A horse poop call. Perhaps the ref's mentor/overseer should've come out and counseled him to reverse that poopty call, too. |

It would've been a 50-55 kick (I think). I think they try the game winning FG with Hauschka. |

Yes let’s blame the refs for scoring 6 points in the 2nd half and the defense giving up all those points.
Refs fault Obviously |

The refs literally took 7 points (assuming made PAT) from the Bills in the second half. They scored 26 points that game and lost to a team that scored 22. |

Agreed mostly but it’s not acceptable to have the play clock at 0 for 2.5 seconds on that 3rd and 18 OT play and not call a delay of game. That’s a pretty (frank)ing big play during the game and a basic (frank)ign non-discretionary call. I just want an even playing field and 4 penalties for 20 yards on Houston when they’re holding every play is comical. Refs sure derailed a few bills drives with holding calls, would have liked to see it called both ways |

No. No excuses. They fell flat. It’s a shame. Was a good game and they should have won it. Was a good season, one to build on. There were a few obvious ref issues which have driven me from following the nfl as closely. Is what it is... add wisely bean! You got em real close!!! |

The Bills lost the game because their QB took not one but two unallowable sacks, in a row mind you, in the penultimate Bills drive of regulation. Had he not, the Bills would have tied and then won the game in regulation (assuming all to Hoyle).
Tyrod Taylor would have won that game.
If Eli Manning is available, if Tom Brady is somehow available, if anyone who can competently play QB is available while this defense is primed, then they must be brought in to bring this Bills team to its full potential.
No one is ever going to to win anything meaningful with Josh Allen at QB. Make every excuse you want. He's a superlative athlete. So is Tim Tebow. |

Two-yard Taylor would have thrown the ball about 12 times. |

While you're doing you're doing your Josh Allen stinks victory lap, I watched the second half. The offensive line went from having no issues to not being able to even block a 3 man rush. That was pathetic. Almost as pathetic as that blind side block call. Woof on that one. |
