Risto played the best hockey of his career with pilot - Pegullaville
I could have sworn you didn't like small sample sizes.
Within that time, he played well with him. Still doesn't tell me that Lawrence Pilut, defenseman can play defense.
Because last year, he didn't.
I am open, and hoping very much that he brings his improved game here for the extremely limited amount of time he'll be here. Because when McCabe's healthy, hegone |

Clearly it's not as easy as just saying..
Hey! YOU THERE! Take my poop! It's in a bag! Here you go!
Oh, you owe me $5.
I don't know why people think moving poopty players is so easy. You either get poop in return (Lucic for Neal) or you need to deal an expiring contract to a team with cap space for a mid to late pick, and that player needs to have been playing at an acceptable level (Scandella & Frolik)
Who the (frank) wants guys who are benched all the time for 5 (frank)ing million dollars. - TheSabresTaco
I love these posts.
How about erod and bogo for Malkin?
Seriously, who would want erod with 0 goals and a large contract? No nhl playoff experience or even being a Former high pick petigree.
Bogo could bring something at the deadline, nhl veteran defenseman. Teams look for extra d for the post season.
Probably retain $, makes it easier to move |

Sounds like Beane hopes Gore retires and they add him to the coaching staff - Stripes77
Marcel-
Beane said wide receiver is one of several positions in which the Bills need to improve, but "I don't think we're one player away -- I never think you are ... you lose in the first round of the playoffs, that doesn't say to me 'the Bills are one player away."
I like what he's said here. He recognizes what he needs to fix, to add to, to bring in a few solid players, draft well and develop our own. And pay our own.
A previous comment mentioned he wouldn't be going to the deep end in free agency. Which is fine. The team doesn't need a re-do. But they need to add a few good parts. |

By no means are either impossible to move. Erod has a low contract and has RFA rights, so if a team thinks they can utilize him, I don't see why he couldn't fetch a mid pick.
With Bogo, my guess is we'd have to take a concession. Salary retention, add a sweetener, something along those lines.
Just like this Scandella trade, Botts might utilize the 3 way trade route to get rid of salary and to bring back something useful. |

I love that we have a team reporter that embraced the area and wasn't Rodak.
They have a few holes they need to fill for sure.
I think he adds some good depth in FA and maybe a starter
I am curious to see who he keeps out of the pending UFA's here
This offseason is probably the biggest offseason in Buffalo in years as far as what kind of team they will be.
If Beane kills it they could be a Division Champion, if he air balls it back to 8-8 |

That small sample size is the only thing we have to go on. I’d like to see more of Pilut because I think he would impress.

schedule is harder IMO
cardinals, seahawks, rams and 49ers is harder then nfc east
kc, raiders, chargers is harder then baltimore, cleveland and bengals
team could be 9-7 next year, and a much better team then this year |
