Id say the one good thing is the teams I dont want to play on the road are home games for us.
KC & Seattle - hubie
One or both of those games will end up in Primetime. |

The one "bad" thing about making the playoffs is the fact that their draft position is worse. The "our first and Cordy Glenn for your first" trade they made with Cincinnati in 2018 would be real helpful. I'm not saying that I wish they didn't have the season they did. I am absolutely saying I want it both ways. |

Both Evans and Ju-Ju are used to QBs like Allen. The QBs can get around to keep plays alive.
Ju-Ju comes with needing a new contract. I don't know about Evans.
I wouldn't hate either one of them here though. |

If they get a true #1 WR I could see 10-6 again
If not...8-8
That schedule is no joke
But I have faith in the Bills GM for the first time in 15 years - Stripes77
I like Tee Higgins from Clemson. Oklahoma has a good receiver coming out and Alabama has two, so we should be able to get an impact receiver in the 1st. |

you can't have your cake and also have your cake buddy boy.
Ya know, I thought about that for a second the other day. Then I thought about how good teams stay good because of their management. And their franchise QB. You have both, it's almost a non factor where you draft. Almost.
Look at the perennial teams picking high. They're missing one or both.
The Jets, they're always great. |

They put themselves in a great position cap wise. They need to use it somewhere. |

Lamb was great in Oklahoma. Something about him screams "fragile" to me though.
I didn't mind Stripes's idea of Claypool in Round 2. |

yeldon, dimarco, kroft and murphy

I do not believe he has this ability. - TheSabresTaco
Why would you think he couldn't handle 2C here. He has 16:52 ATOI this year compared to Skinner at 16:58. Last year he was 13th in voting for the Selke. He's 54.8% on faceoffs this year. What makes you think Bonino couldn't play 2C better than anyone on the team now. Additionally, Botts knows him and was in Pittsburgh when they traded for him. |

If Gore retires, Yeldon probably still has a spot, unless they get a major upgrade.
Kroft and Murphy are the likely candidates, but if Shaq Lawson walks, they are all of a sudden even thinner at the one position on defense they were the thinnest. |

O-Line is something that should be taken care of in free agency.
CB would be the 2nd least sexiest idea but if you can get a late 1st stud like White was, it would be fantastic.
If not WR, edge rusher is a need, especially if Shaq Lawson goes elsewhere. |

Could say every need can be addressed in free agency, which is nice since its not a glaring need that they have to take a long shot.
Hate to be BPA guy but we are finally in a spot to BPA regardless of position or need.
Also, as I say every year trade down get more picks.

Good point stripes.
I imagine oliver is going to be starting too.
Jordan Phillips likes playing in buffalo. Likes our defensive scheme. Hope this helps in negotiating |

This is when we find out if we have me guys or team guys.
I understand not under-paying, but if there are players that want to be here, you would think they would take team friendly deals. |

Bad in the superbowl years, we hit on solid football players late in the first.. That's kinda what we need.
Picking early can be sometimes lead to busting.

That's a great point. Hopefully they see us as winners and enjoy the "culture " and family atmosphere they have all been talking about.
Same could be said for the Sabres.
Wish we could turn the corner and have guys from Ontario "come home" and play for a cup.
I think allen and eichel would have some appeal? |

People pay to get wet, Botterill. Find a way. - Der Kaiser
There is something to be said for drafting high scoring forwards in later rounds, almost despite their size, as lottery tickets in hopes one of them turns out like Garland, or even better. |
