Yea and the Titans has 217 and played much better defence that day, also didn’t have a majority of those rushing yards come on broken down passing plays once their team was getting their teeth kicked in.

Yep. I'd also add that if every team in the league offered him $700K, Buffalo would be near the bottom of his list of teams to play for. I wouldn't call Buffalo a sh!thole, but when comparing it to most other NHL cities, I would also rank it near the bottom of places I would play for...and I'm from this area (and I'm also stuck here - and in no way is that depressing. Shoot me).

I should have put "sh*thole" in quotes but look at many polls Buffalo ranks at or near the bottom of cities players rank as the ones they would like to play for or the ones they like to visit. It was a dead issue being repeated here relentlessly about how the Sabres should have signed him and it wasn't going to happen. He may have gone back to Moscow, or St. Petersburg and the KHL before he played here and had no other offers.

Yes, he scored a nice goal against potentially one of the worst teams of all time last night (my god are the Wings BAD), but he has continued to look like he cannot get out of 1st gear when skating, let alone 2nd gear. Why he plays at all is beyond me.

Skinner was expected to only miss 10-15 games because of the break. Tage I honestly do not care one bit about, he will never be an impact player in the NHL. Too stoopid in the head for the NHL, too athletic for the AHL. He is Mark Mancari all over again.
