are they being drafted correctly but have bad qb's? - hubie
In short, no. Take a look at the most recent, busted WRs and the teams they play for. It's rarely an excuse. |

All for a guy that has been a ppg player once in the past 7 years......
I’m mean I get it (all he’s done for the franchise).
But just whoa..... |

To me, this is exactly what it's all about. The owner (obviously) has to sign off on all of this, and to do this midseason tells me he was on board with it from the word "go" even if there were cap ramifications that the team would have to get by. |

Did they actually say that. And regardless, once they're that old, they're getting 1 year deals. - TheSabresTaco

It is a great year to need to draft a WR my dudes. Jefferson should fall right around where the Bills picking. Eagles right in front of them. Little scary.
Tee Higgins is a real Don Juan. I Don Juan nothing to do with the Bills drafting that bum. |

I'm fine passing on Higgins, but they need an outside threat. Jefferson is a slot guy. Better than Beasley, but if you don't get an outside threat, this team has the same problems it did last year. |

Jefferson is 6'3. Certainly not 5'10". You must got that info from one of Buff19's disclaimer filled posts.
I fell in love with dat dude in bowl game vs. Oklahoma. Did you see it? Was a total beast on outside in that game. |

I removed the part of the height cause i did look and notice his height.
Hes a slot guy we have a slot guy I understand that you do like him a lot. I like him I just dont think he is the WR this team needs. Just my opinion
Im praying Sheanault drops somehow. |

Looked at about 8-10 mocks last night. Tee was gone before our pick in every one of the mocks except one which we took him. Jefferson was drafted in the first round in just two of them, both after our pick. Don't understand your hate for Higgins, but all the reports say he is just the guy we are looking for.
"Higgins has a rare combination of size, length, athleticism and body control, giving him all the tools to quickly become that player"
"Higgins is a dangerous, all-around playmaker who can be a force in the red zone. At 6-4, 215 pounds, Higgins has posted 59 receptions for 1,167 yards and 13 TDs in 15 games. He also rushed for a 36-yard score against LSU."
"Higgins is 6-4 and around 215 pounds with ridiculous ball skills and a gigantic catch radius. But he's far from your classic tall, jump-ball wideout. He's silky smooth off the line against press coverage and is sudden with the ball in his hands. Beyond all that, he has serious long speed, so he's a threatening downfield option. He has a legit No. 1 profile."
Buffalo did take a WR in most of them except one was a CB, one an Edge and for some unexplained reason one had us taking a RB. |

I don't think of Jefferson as a slot guy. Maybe I didn't see him enough. Good size and catches the ball anywhere. I'm worried about Sheanault. Lacks best ability and still scarred from James Hardy. Sr Bowl practices start next week? |

One thing I do like about the non big school guys like Shenault is playing in non optimal conditions all year. I think Colorados QB MOntez is poop and someone will over draft him. The weapons LSU has and how good Burrow was seemed like a walk in the park some weeks |

This mock doesn't even have Claypool in the first two rounds. Stripes opened me up to the idea of him. - buffalofan19
I've seen some mocks with Claypool falling into the 4th round
Depending on how the draft falls I would get the outside guy early and then take Claypool later and having him be a hybrid WR/TE guy |

Wish Bills took Metcalf over Ford last year. He’s the guy we need. I wouldn’t have took him in 1st (some mocks had us taking him) but when he kept falling we should of pounced |

Seattle used him well but he still needs work on his route running |
