You may have hit on something here.... Maybe instead of looking for that next superstar to improve this team... How about they go out and get 5 or 6 players who are more of the PESTY type players who can go out and just disrupt the flow of the game and basically irritate the hell out of the other teams star players?

Some of the most effective players in this league are pests to play against. We have nothing but soft, no heart players on this team. I'll take 5 Tom Wilson's on this team, (they have to have some talent, can't be just goons.)

Why do you think the coaching change hasn't helped?

We keep discussions between myself and individual players in-house.

If the ownership group felt a change had to be made, it's up to them. I like the players in the room and we are excited about the future of Sabres hockey.
