Yep! Come on pegs won’t clean house and bring someone in to run everything and hire everyone.

You gotta think like crazy pegs.... moving Ralph up, puts him in a position of strength. Or should I say utilizes his strengths. No doubt Lavi is a good coach. Botts has his been ok...

This will let Ralph run it for about a year and a half before he can start leaning on pegs to make a move, if he feels a move is needed.

It pushes Kim down the pecking order to let her focus on the bills and one buffalo marketing fun.

It puts hockey people in hockey places....

Current - Kim. Botts. Ralph.

Potential. Ralph. Botts. Lavi.

Which structure would you trust to make the best HOCKEY decisions?

Hey! JB signed Roadhouse Dalton for the same money, but a two-way contract. That should be good enough.

Exactly. Move Ralph up hire Lavi.

Hell, hire Lavi as a “special consultant” assistant to the regional manager for the rest of the season and make the structure changes In the off season. Don’t care. Money is no object.

I want to forget about it but this makes me sick. Any of knox, Ford or Morse block Cunningham and Josh probably runs down to the 15 yard line. Then Cunningham launches his helmet into the side of josh’s head right in front of the ref, no call. Same ref who called the phantom facemask on Milano vs PIT doesn’t make this call that’s right in front of him. I HATE the NFL.

I dont know enough about PK strategy to know why we suck at it. Is it personnel or strategy or both? No idea

They say your best penalty killers are the goalies. I am not as high as most on this board are on Ullmark. He’s a good back up.

I’m of the opinion that there isn’t enough hockey knowledge in the structure of the organization. You have an owner still “learning” who is pulled between a nhl team, nfl team, and corporate entity or two. A first time gm and a now a coach who’s been out of the game for a while.

I’m of the feeling that the structure of the team is and has been flawed. Since the blow up with LaLa and gmtm (another first time gm) this team has been abysmal. Part of it self inflicted, part of it with poor direction.

I believe if there was more experience with a different structure that included a president, not an inexperienced owner that the president could help guide the inexperienced gm. Maybe suggest moving a d man by October. Or saying tage and mitts should have been sent down sooner. Or leaning on a 2/3 wing to step in the 2c position isn’t the best idea... would be much more viable than botts being left to his own devices.

Inexperience in the structure of this team, is killing this team. And it won’t change any time soon... unless the structure changes...

So don’t bring Lavi to coach, yet, but you lock him up and be ready to change the structure of the organization...

Yeah said something about that after the game, and Watts sack, did not think you were allowed to land with all your weight on the QB anymore.

Referees called NO live action penalties against Houston. Only called 4 false start ones that they were “forced” to call. No penalties. I’m not a conspiracy guy but you think the NFL would prefer for Watt and Watson to move on in the playoffs? I hope KC beats them by 40

Even if you go back and watch that throw to Duke in the Endzone the CB Is holding his one arm down just before the ball gets there. Still can't give up that 3rd down play and you can't let them convert both 2pt conv.. It's a tough loss, but a good learning experience for a young team, they have a good core. With the cap money and picks they are just gonna get better.

Sounds like you're blaming structure when your real problem is with JB. He has a whole staff.
