I almost think it was a design play. There was a player just a few steps behind him. I think it was drawn up to get the ball to that guy, while defenders converged on Allen.

Other than that, it’s a bone head play. Plenty of time on the clock. Take the yardage and line up for the next play.

A lot of pedantic negativity on this board. Perhaps, just perhaps, there are some ideas that would be positive.

What, in reasonable terms, are we looking at next year? I thought the over/under for points would be 91. This year is trending towards that and I expect them to get there.

Assume top line is good with one of the following: a combo of Skinner or Oloffson taking that spot;
Fourth line is good. Complain about the offensive upside but I see heavy (not breakaway) speed that can wear on teams;
Middle six - who will they be? (note I expect Skinner/Oloffson and Johansson being there);
Can 6k be up to the big club next September?
