It seems that all the defensemen he brought in are too lousy to be desired by any of the other 30 teams. Or maybe he just really likes his depth on the blue line.

One of the first things he said was that he's not here to make friends. Saying you're not going to ride guys isn't anywhere close to being their friend.

Krueger was fired from Edmonton for a reason. The season was over in October and has never picked up. This is by far the worst team ever. Not because of talent, just lack of drive, movitation, and stamina. The good teams just toy with them. They let them win for awhile and then play hard and beat them at the end. This team has gone backwards from last year if you can believe that. It is too late to catch up now so keep tanking because there are a lot of good draft picks this year and when you have a GM who cannot make a deal then you have to rely on that. Being a Sabres fan since 1970 has been hard. All the other teams who have been added to the league have won cups or at least compete in the playoffs and now we got nothing. Thanks Kim Pagula for doing such a great job with this team. Maybe it is time to hire someone knows something about hockey because whatever we are doing now is just not working.

I mean I’ll take Rick over Kim... but ok... insert emperor of hockey operations, and let them run the show... don’t care who it is, as long as it’s a hockey person at the top. They need to change the structure of the organization.
