We’re gonna score on this Pp because we won’t be force feeding Olofsson

I’m not getting into this debate again.

The good thing about us picking Reinhart is that it got us Dahlin.

- Pegullaville

You know here's the thing about Dahlin..... Admittedly I do not follow minor league hockey or youth hockey but.... From what everyone on here said prior to the draft is that Dahlin is a game changer and was the best thing since Bobby Orr to hit the ice. So far I just don't see it. I have never seen him even come close to controlling a game or just basically taking over. Yes he is young but where is this greatness everyone spoke of prior to the draft? What am I missing?

So hes a player this team could use in the future and is going to have himself a good career?

Man, id hate that in Buffalo.

- ImThatGuy

Pominville was a way better player in every facet of the game.

Pominville was a boring captain and I hated his post-game interviews because of how telegraphed they were but he was actually a core player.

Reinhart away from Eichel is literally something we've never seen. I do not believe he has anything more than 40 points per without him. He's a middle-6 guy, topping out as a 2nd line RW on any other team.

He's riding Eichel's coattails. But if he's Eichel's Kunitz for the next 6 or 7 years, then there are worse things, literally a lot of worse things going on with this organization.

I am waiting to see his 15 or 20 goals though... I think he is a bit of a defensive liability..

What are you missing?

He's a 19 year old defenseman. He's on pace for 47 points.

Maybe cut the kid a little slack. He'll be fine.

He came in the NHL as an 18-year old. Defensemen take a lot longer to develop.

He is very skilled, very talented.

But he's lackadaisical, doesn't play with a sense of urgency, and he's too casual with the puck. He is still learning and it shows. Has lazy tendencies that didn't show up when he was light-years ahead of his peers in junior.

He will be a cornerstone player for this team for a long time, though. He will be what we wanted Myers to be.

Really young player Ray. Shows a ton of skill. Way more promise than we are used to.

Next season should be a great year for him and us .

Like I said I based my opinion on what others here said about him prior to the draft not my own observation. Many here said he was NHL ready....

There's no trade. He didnt want to answer questions about Dalton Smith and his lack of a real plan. He said there was a "league call" that I'm sure Randy Sexton could handle. It's a joke. He's a joke

Larsson and Girgensons are perfect 4th line players.

I don’t mind either of them.

They just controlled the play with McDavid on the ice.

trades rarely happen in a 30 minute span, unless it's the trade deadline

if he was on the phone with someone, he could have called him back

he probably had to wash up before the limo driver showed up

It’s McDavid, he’s going to get away with it.

Why do we not talk about trading for a goaltender more? Ullmark is ok but they do need a second goalie at least...

Yup, anyone complaining about those two aren't watching them play. mEh-rod and Sheary are liabilities though. Get pushed off of the puck so easily.

You know I brought this up awhile ago, he is one player that might actually get you a couple prime pieces, that might actually help this team take the next step.
