That is sort of not true. Men in their 80 s feel like they are still in their 20 s but the body can not do what is use to . It is sometimes frustrating for older men when they can not do what they use to.

My buddy at work just went through an anger management course and the first thing the teacher pointed out is that older men create their own problems when they still think they can do the things they use to and fail.

I turn 65 in two weeks and I suggest lots of sex, see your family and friends often , get out and move around , and do things that make you happy.

You are all going to die one day so make the most of the day you are having.
