Agreed. Vegas in general has done a terrific job with this team... aside from how they set up access to the arena.

As someone who hasn't given JJ much, if any, slack, I can't fault him for much right now. They're playing him far above his paygrade, so I can't expect good results. Pairing him with Letang definitely hurts Letang, but the personal decisions he's making have nothing to do with JJ. Letang is in a funk and needs to get himself out of it.

Hahahah yeah. I can't date those younger girls anymore. I went on a date with a 23 year old a few months prior to meeting her and it was painful. I had to keep explaining references and it was just exhausting.

So how do you expect Letang to take fewer shifts? And no JJ doesn’t take all the heat. Anyone who’s anyone mentions that it’s not all (or even any, on specific plays) JJs fault. Pointing out that Letang and JJ as a pairing is not working is not the same as saying it’s all JJs fault and I think you/others don’t get that.

Anyone that watches or reports on the game has placed blame on Letang. Caufield, Jesse Marshall, Yohe, Errey, Bourque, I would assume Madden does too but I don’t follow him, but I honestly don’t think anyone blames JJ, coach has him playing above his level and he doesn’t work playing with Letang. That doesn’t mean it’s all his fault.

If you really think about it, they're actually playing JJ above his skill level, and not so much his pay grade, no? I mean, he's so grossly overpaid, right?
And I think you can look at the pairing both ways... I would offer that players as good as Letang are supposed to make everyone around them better, and if he were playing to HIS level, we probably wouldn't even be noticing JJ on the ice.
To be fair would be to say neither is earning his salary because one is vastly underperforming and the other is being asked way too much of. Who's fault is that? 58 and HCMS me thinks.

I had to chop off seeing the young one I was with too. We were completely different wave lengths haha. She didnt have a f'n clue about anything and things that really mattered to her daily life, ultimately do not f'n matter at all....also, she loved my weed cabinet a bit too much.

I think you went way too literal there, homes. The term in any profession of being above your pay-grade doesn't always exactly mean money. It just means being outside your depth, or to reference the Big Lebowski, "He's out of his element."
