matthews (and marner less, but too) still taking too long shifts in OT.
it's all about puck possession.
imo, if you have the puck and 2 tired lines, skate the puck out of the zone and allow your team to change.
with the the long change, don't allow the other team to change.

I agree with Wedge on this, 3 on 3 you need to be patient and not force things. If you make a mistake it will be an odd man rush chance against. - PatC80
Unless the opposition decides to play for the shootout (setup a soccer wall in front of their net and cover their gonads, which we probably not see because Hitchcock has retired), holes will open, and you can exploit them as long as you're in motion and you have the puck. You can also wear them down by maintaining possession because you can cycle a change. |

nothing ended up being decided, so they went to the SO which is worse in terms of deciding points.
id rather they go balls out and try to win in OT like they did
not every play is going to work, same for the Jets - senstroll
Yeah, i dunno, I facepalmed a couple of times with the nonchalant drop passes and moves that could only result in turnovers. Wedgie hit the nail on the head and a point I was trying to make, possession is paramount in 3on3

I was amazed by it, first thing i thought was, no goalie was stopping that. What a shot.
After that, i had no thoughts for several minutes. - Fakepartofme

Anybody see Trenin fight Chara? Might be the best stand up against him in a long time. - AdamFrench
Wilson chara was pretty epic this year too. No doubt the only guy who might have dropped chara in the last 20 years in his prime, may have been emery. Only because he boxed. |

Unbelievable that someone can joke about something like this - even a kid with a very low IQ and level of self respect.

This sh!t is the only reason to have refs in this place, and they fail time after time. But banning someone for writing sh !t is obviously more important.
People like that should be tracked down and beaten up badly! |

Bracco, Ceci, 2nd for Martinez at 50% salary retained
Who says no?
Would be awfully nice to go into next year and build around Rielly, Martinez and Holl at a combined 9 million. |
