Yep. In all fairness, Kadri should be suspended. I know that's not how it works. But, he made a conscious decision to pummel a guy who threw an unpenalized hit and took him out of the remainder of the game. How is that any different than going headhunting and putting a guy out with a hit? Not to mention his history of suspensions.
I (frank)ing hate this culture where you have to be ready to defend yourself for the rest of the game after throwing a legal check. They know the risks. Man up and take your lumps or abandon the play before you get smoked like a tight, hairy, little Jack Hughes.
Sorry quotes not working. You must be talking about taxes for the pay cut Jimbro. Not all Provence’s have the same taxes and Alberta is one of the better ones for tax

I think he's talking about Kreider signing a contract in Canadian funds.
Would y’all do something like Kreider, Georgy and Lias for Edmonton’s first this year, poopoojarvi and Yamamoto? Or another prospect. I said Yamamoto because he is the only one I’ve heard of out there
I like that kinda deal in particular because those are NHL ready guys, so we would have guys to plug in - Slimtj100
Short answer is 'yes I would' but I am starting to have concerns with NY ability to develop young talent outside of goaltenders.

There are some notable failures, but you can't ignore Zib, Fox, etc all developing well. It's not like Zib was a ppg player when we got him. He's not young in today's league, but even Strome has to count somewhat.

Fair point on Zib. I forgot how young he was when he arrived.
I forgot about Strome completely but I'm not 100% sold on him yet either.

No. Did you read the rest of the comment, douche bag?
I fully understand that would never happen, but the reality of the situation is that one guy did nothing illegal and got hunted down, pummeled and missed the rest of the game. Sound reasonable?
Now I can't wait to see your poopty team get lit up tonight.

I disagree, he saw a teammate get absolutely destroyed and did what he should’ve done. Lindgren should have dropped them quicker, he’s a tough kid. I like Lindgren a lot, he should’ve given himself a better shot in that fight. Switch the roles and Panarin or Zib got smoked like that and Lemeuix or ADA or anyone else just stands there and does nothing, we’d be flipping out.

I understand "the Code."
I'm talking about the rulebook. Look at it from that standpoint. Lindgren did nothing wrong in the eyes of the 2 referees and got dropped for it.
I wasn't calling for the reality of the game to be changed. Just pointing out the absurdity of what transpired.
