Caesar's are a bit of a time (morning) and a place (whereever you're hungover) drink but are generally great.

Definitely can use bacon, an extreme bean, maybe a gherkin or two (my preference over a dill pickle), toss a stuffed marinated jalapeno and some chorizo on there too

I'm a big fan of the spicy extreme beans in caesars. I have never had bacon in a caesar before - and I think I would be irked if someone put cauliflower in my alcohol.
