Find out today. It didn't look like he was injured, but only seen minimal speculation.

I did see Baertschi leave as we were talking to Cull post-game.
Didn't really see anything noticeable.
Comets play Saturday at home vs. Belleville. - VANTEL
Interesting. Are you on board with a Demko/Baertchi package?
I also love portnoys use of the triplet. I got sealed 2x10" subwoofers with a 400hz crossover frequency to really reveal those triplets. Brings em right out - SMBDragon
He's also the master of breaking up his 8ths, 16ths, 32nds etc between his feet and hands. That requires exceptional fitness and breathing control.
Depends on what era and genre of music you are going for. For the sake of argument Neil was WRONG...but he isn't going to say, "Me", when asked who the GOAT is for rock Drumming.
Ginger Baker is awesome though. - Load Management
I put value on drummers who changes style and culture of music. Ginger introduced the double base. You don’t have pounding rock or heavy metal without it. No Moon, no Bonham.
It's a debatable thing. Bonham was on a higher level than Moon IMO but both deserve mention. But really analyzing it Bonham and Moon aren't on the level of Peart, Carey or Portnoy. - LordHumungous
Portnoy’s quote on Gingers death...
"Very sad day in the Drum world as we say goodbye to one of rock’s greatest pioneers: Ginger Baker. In the 60’s, there were a few drummers that came onto the scene playing “lead drums”. Ginger Baker was one of them taking rock drumming to a whole new level of expression.”

Ginger was the Bobby Orr of percussion. - bloatedmosquito

There's really no wrong answer. It's all in the eye of the beholder.
But the point that you make of there being no pounding metal or heavy rock without him, well I know some pretty killer single kick guys that might dispute that.

Speculation by me .
Sven was pulled last night during the game. Gallagher is not ready again because of concussion symptoms . He was suppose to be ready this weekend and had a set back . Will not be playing. Sven and Habs have been linked to trade rumors last week.
Benning was in Utica last night and maybe something is in place pending medical reports to be completed by Gallaghers doctor?
I do see they have "updated" a few of their heights on here.

Yes I have seen him ranked in the top 60 on many draft boards. Never in the first round though

You realize JD Burke works for those guys and he tends to rank small players higher than they should be.
That site has questionable rankings ever since he got on board.

Top 5 all time but no one can match bonzo, he has been rated no 1 by his peers for decades. There are alot of great drummers and they all have different styles, Neil top 5 as well.

no doubt. I’m just defending my narrative.
I think we can all agree that we have massive respect for all music innovators.
What’s with drummers having boners for Jazz percussion? They all do regardless of age or generation. Weird. - bloatedmosquito
I think you see that with a lot of musicians, they diversify their own styles by listening to jazz.
A few friends of mine, that are musician, are always referencing jazz musicians, an under-appreciated, brand of music. Imo
