Rielly broke his foot he didn't die, the goal isn't to replace him.

So even if I'm to bite on Lindholm being a top 2 (which I don't, stats do count) why would the leafs have a need for another top 2 LHD? To the extent that they're going to trade a 23 year old winger on pace for 35 goals and 70 points... Plus throw in one of their best prospects for a top *4* dman in an area they have an abundance of... And a complete fossil of a backup.

Seems legit.
