Domi bought into his own hype.
- AdamFrench

Will be interesting to see what they do with him this summer (RFA).

I think they will go short term and and trade him when his deal will be almost up.

well their attendance is bleeding. i was at a game in December. got tickets under face value and the entire row next to me was empty. there were similar scenes throughout the arena. i havent seen that since 2000-ish.

I have tickets for the January 27th game vs the Caps. Friend of mine is a student and gets a rebate, $45 + a beer voucher in the Blues. I'm not even excited to go. I just hope we pre-drink enough to enjoy the game.

you can't really count on the flyers for anything. they're pretty much a middle-of-the-league team right now.

You'll win and it'll be a blowout, ok?? Geez.

the only way i would consider going to another game this year is if my tickets, food and beer was paid for. and that's 1 beer per period. so like $60.

My point is that the fanbase here are always looking for the "savior". Especially in net, you can't treat this franchise like any other because of the history. I don't think Lindgren is the problem yesterday to be honest.
- stinger67

I'm definitely not in any way thinking Primeau is the Savior. Regardless of his age, he's been the better goalie between the pipes. I'm just looking at this practically. You want a win? Play a guy who will get you a win. Charlie and Keith's numbers over the past year in both the AHL and the NHL are not very good. And one thing is clear, they don't get wins. I'm not even blaming him for last night, I'm more so questioning why he's even there in the first place.

The idea of the reset is to get out of that position.

id be fine with that if it's a reasonable hit. i still like him a lot and i think he's the type of guy who can excel in the playoffs. he's a (frank)ing moron but his stupidity gets exacerbated on a poop team like this.

get out of that position? it would take a drastic improvement for this team to get INTO that position.

i played a game last weekend while drinking a few bottles of pinot noir.

it was called "fake news", which is awesome. they make the graphics on the cards look like all the news stations.

anyway, it was a pretty fun game. and i won!

Girlfriend bought me "It's a Wonderful World" and "Century : A New World" for Christmas. Haven't tried them yet but I'm hopeful they're fun.

They'll need Max when they get good, lots of skill coming but that grit he brings, like you said, a must in the playoffs, he's still young too, he'll hopefully learn from these mistakes

Time will tell.
