I'm in Hamilton.. My smoking season generally runs from mid spring to late fall, to keep the temperature steady. Don't have the space for a ventilated and insulated shack... Yet.

I do the majority of the cooking in my house, and trying to feed 5 kids requires experimentation, or they'll grow up being picky little female doges like Pete w/the poached eggs, lol.

I'm picky enough as it is, generally hating canned products, even tuna. My parents raised me eating all kinds of food, from Indian to Mexican to Italian. I was a lucky kid in that regard.
